Founder of Mama Papa Little Heart
A Journey Rooted in Real Parenthood

I am a French mother, living in New Zealand for almost six years now. I come from a corporate background with 5 years studies in Business Management, but everything changed the day I became a mother. Truth be told, I never wanted children. But when my son was born, everything I believed about life, love, and purpose was turned upside down.Through the powerful transformation of matrescence, I discovered the deepest love I have ever felt and with it, a new calling. I have since dedicated myself to learning everything I can about positive parenting, breastfeeding, child development, and conscious family life.I am now a certified Positive Parenting Coach, currently completing my CBS (Certified Breastfeeding Support) qualification. While I do not have a medical degree - because time, money, and priorities as a full-time mother make that choice difficult - I firmly believe that real-life experience is the best form of expertise. I have raised my son using the very methods I now share with others, grounded in science, empathy, and everyday family life.I continuously educate myself through reading, research, and training. My work is inspired by the philosophies of Catherine Gueguen, Dr. Sears, and many others who champion a respectful, nurturing approach to raising children.I also bring a strong focus on involving fathers, encouraging screen-free bonding, and helping parents rediscover the joy of playing and connecting deeply with their child. What I offer is not just a service. It’s a perspective. A living, breathing practice of parenting. Not perfect but conscious, caring, and centered on real needs. Not perfection. If you are looking for relatable, heart-centered support that respects your journey, you are in the right place.

My philosophy
Bilateral Involvement – Supporting both parents in the journey
Proximal Parenting – Nurturing connection through closeness
Play & Read over Screens – Prioritising presence & reading
I believe parenthood is a shared journey, one to be embraced fully, with intention and heart.
I honor the profound transformation of a parent through mat and patrescence and the powerful impact a child’s birth has on the whole family.
My approach is rooted in positive parenting, long-term breastfeeding with natural weaning, and respectful development at each child’s pace.
I value empathy, simplicity, and intellectual growth and I strongly advocate for screen-free, conscious childhoods. In my work, the child is at the center - not above, not below - but fully considered in every family choice to help them thrive in a nurturing, respectful home.
Based on Catherine Gueguen & Dr. William Sears work and philosophies
